lost something important?

I am absolutely shocked

that Bridget didn’t blog about our amazing Friday night. Looks like I’ll have to take up that duty, here’s just a little summary of what went down:

-Chilled in a coffee shop that was part of the venue, Bridget squeaked when Adam walked in; we heard Bill soundchecking.

-Froze outside in line, but the venue was nice and let us all in an hour early.

-Bill tweeted what songs we wanted to hear, we tweeted that we wanted to hear an Alkaline Trio cover, he played it, it was awesome.

-Evan Taubenfeld was incredibly amusing, and he does magic.

-PJ thinks pumpkin pie is “fucking awesome.”

-Empires were absolutely amazing despite being sick, and I hope they feel better.

-My parents made friends with the bartenders and we got to chill with the bands and crew after the show.

-Bill seemed to love his gift, and we talked to him and watched him solve a rubik’s cube.

-We also got numerous hugs from Bill.

-Had an incredibly amusing and long conversation with Adam about music, history, and why PJ should go to college.

-Tony is the most kick ass dude ever and put me on the guest list for Columbus tonight because I’m supposed to cover the show for Friends or Enemies.

-Told Bill I’d be at the show tonight, he asked if there were any songs I’d like to hear, I asked for Almost Here. So, hopefully he plays it.

So I supposed I will blog tomorrow about part 2 of my awesome TAI weekend.
